Lift and Slide Doors
Using European "Lift and Slide"
hardware large doors can be
moved with ease. When
raised, the door clears the
sealing elements reducing drag.
When lowered the weight of the
door rests on the lower track
for sealing and security.
Lift and Slide door panels can
be up to 8' high and 6' wide
giving large unobstructed views
Options include True Divided
Lites, Similuted Divided Lites,
sidelites, transoms and screens.
Sliding Doors
Available as a single sliding
door or bi-parting doors.
May
be combined with sidelites and
transom windows
Doors and sidelites may be full
lite French, one lite above a
wood panel, or divided French

Finish Options
Any of
our patio doors are manufactured
using our Engineered Rail and Stile
construction finished in the wood of
your choice. In addition the
exterior portions may be aluminum
clad. We use heavy gauge extrusions
for both sash and jamb. The aluminum
can be finished in a wide range of
standard and custom colors.
Pocket Doors
Pocket doors are
special configurations of the Lift and slide
doors where the panels are "stored" in a wall
pocket when open. This leaves a full wall
to wall opening; ideal for a large patio or
pool.
Pocket doors can be configured to all hide away
on one side, or open in the middle and hide away
on both sides.
Openings up to 36' wide and 10' tall can be
accommodated.
The open area can be screened with either
sliding screen panels, or electrically operated
drop down screens (up to 24' wide).
Door systems can be designed with insulated
pockets so the door assembly becomes integral
with the dwelling walls, or the pocket can be
placed inside the building envelope.
Bi-Fold Doors
The bi-fold door
system hinges together up to six panels that can
slide open accordion style.
When closed, multi-point locking holds each
panel securely and ensures positive engagement
of the weather strip.
Bi-folds can either in-swing or out-swing, with
panels up to
30" wide.
Typical installations leave a single panel on
one side to use as a traditional hinged door for
casual use and fold the remaining panels onto
the opposite side. Other configurations include
center opening with panels stacked on both
sides.
Bi-fold doors are top hung allowing for a
smaller sill and easier movement.
